- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage students, parents, and colleagues in a constructive and supportive manner.
- A patient, empathetic, and solutions-focused approach to teaching and supporting students.
Performance Expectations
- Student Engagement : Foster a positive, engaging classroom environment where students feel confident in tackling Maths challenges, regardless of their academic starting point.

- Assessment & Feedback : Regularly assess students’ understanding of Maths concepts, providing clear and constructive feedback to guide their improvement.
- Behavior Management : Implement clear and consistent behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive and focused classroom environment.
- Collaboration & Communication : Collaborate effectively with colleagues, including SENCo and teaching assistants, to ensure the best outcomes for students. Communicate regularly with parents and carers to keep them informed of their child’s progress.
