Composite Laminator Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a talented Composite Laminator to join a highly skilled Clean Room team in Banbury, Oxfordshire. This position is with an industry-leading organisation known for producing composite components for Formula One teams, high-end automotive designers, and other forward-thinking clients. Have prior experience working as a composite laminator in the automotive or Formula 1 industry.
Be capable of working independently and as part of a team on larger projects.
Be computer literate, utilizing production management systems to log work progression and manage BoM usage.

Reporting to the Clean Room Supervisor, performing a variety of tasks across the automotive and Formula 1 markets.
Upholding the highest standards per laminating policies and assisting in maintaining ISO 9001:2015 accreditation. This includes job tracking using production management software.
The ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality, which may occasionally require flexibility in working hours. Overtime is paid at 1.5x the hourly rate, with 2x on applicable Sundays and public holidays.

Previous experience in Formula 1 or high-end automotive settings.
