Perm Consultant

HRGO Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Perm Consultant, covering both London & Essex areas, whilst based at Rainham RM13 8EU.As a Permanent Consultant your mission is to exceed your permanent recruitment targets. You'll do this by building excellent relationships with your clients, understanding their organisational and talent needs, and identifying the best candidates for their positions. You'll be rewarded well for your success with a market-leading commission package.You'll be responsible for all elements of the recruitment cycle including identifying and pitching to a potential client through to finding and securing great candidates for your clients. You'll be supported by our own in-house developed technology, our expert collaborative teams and our innovative legacy brand.
