Key Responsibilities:
- Provide thorough administrative support to solicitors to ensure the smooth running of office operations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, brokers, and estate agents to facilitate seamless transactions.
- Draft contracts and manage document submissions to the Land Registry, including AP1 applications.
- Address and resolve requisitions promptly.
- Prepare and organise legal documents and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Draft billing and completion statements for residential property transactions.
- Manage and respond to sale inquiries, ensuring cases progress in line with professional standards and internal protocols.
- Regularly update the case management system to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Prepare and manage case files, including closing and archiving.
- Participate in firm-wide training programmes to stay updated on legal and regulatory developments.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell the firm's additional services.
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally, maintaining accurate contact lists.
- Monitor completion processes and support conveyancers with legal procedures.
- Assist with file-related enquiries, ensuring high standards of client service.
- Attend to clients, take instructions, and manage correspondence and telephone enquiries as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
- A passion for Residential Property law and a strong desire to build a career in this sector.
- Bilingual in Polish and English.
- Motivated and ambitious, with a long-term view of career development within the legal industry.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills.
- Confident communicator, capable of liaising professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Prior experience supporting fee earners within a busy Residential Property team.
