Job Description

We are a recruiting for a large long established fashion company in the Manchester area.


They will hold a pivotal role within the Merchandising Department, to ensure timely delivery of product to our customer accounts.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Work closely with Account Managers on various customer accounts, such as TK Maxx, Next, W Boyes, The Original Factory Shops whilst also being part of the Merchandise team managing orders across our vast stock range.

· Raise orders on our in-house PLMS system.

· Manage the critical path for your orders.

· Liaise with the Account Managers, Design and Garment Tech teams to ensure the smooth running of the critical path.

· Where relevant, order and / or send out labelling and packaging to suppliers.

· Manage press and photography sample requirements for customer orders.

· Deal with incoming and outgoing correspondence resolving customer and supplier queries.

· Generate progress reports.
