Job Description

WA Consultants are currently looking for the following on a perm basis. You can be based in either the Cambridge or Isleworth area.
Reporting directly into to the Regional Branch Management, the Engineer supports on ensuring all installations, removals, repairs & services are completed within the time frames of the customer care policy. Ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to and operational targets and KPI's are met, as well as operational efficiencies.
Good health and safety practices are an essential part of this role.
Key Responsibilities

  • Operational support
  • Customer service & quality assurance
  • Health & safety compliance
  • You will be repairing, maintaining and installing various electrical products to BS7671 Standards (18th Edition).

Mandatory Requirements

  • NVQ level 3 or City & Guilds 2360/2330 part 1 & 2.
  • City & Guilds 18th Edition (or be willing to take the necessary training).
  • A full UK driving license held for at least 12 months.
  • You must have less than 6 penalty points and no IN or DD endorsements of less than five years.
  • If you have a City & Guilds 2391 inspection & testing this will be advantageous.
  • Successful applicants will be subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
  • National travel may be required as part of this role.

Competencies:

  • Patience - this role involves travelling during peak periods to and from customers premises and unfortunately traffic issues are unavoidable.
  • Being comfortable working within the washroom environment for male, female and unisex users.
  • Professional - conducting yourself in a professional manner is key to this role for both the business and its customers.
