About the Role:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Broadcast Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the media industry, a strong understanding of the broadcast landscape, and a proven track record of securing high-profile placements for clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and goals.
  • Provide strategic guidance and advice on media opportunities and campaigns.
  • Negotiate and secure favorable rates and terms for client appearances.
  • Identify and pitch relevant broadcast opportunities, including TV, radio, and online platforms.
  • Secure bookings for clients on high-profile shows and programs.
  • Negotiate and confirm appearance details, such as timing, format, and messaging.
  • Monitor media coverage of clients and industry trends.
  • Analyze media performance and provide insights to clients.
  • Track media exposure and generate reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of client engagements and media appearances.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports and invoices.
  • Assist with the development of media materials, such as press releases and pitch decks.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Broadcast Agent or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the broadcast industry, including TV, radio, and online platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in media monitoring tools and software.
  • A passion for the media industry and a keen eye for opportunities.
