Consulting Director – Behavioural Science Consulting


Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for behavioural science and consultancy? We're looking for a Consulting Director to join a fast-growing, innovative consultancy at the forefront of applying behavioural science to transform businesses and customer experiences.

In this pivotal role, you’ll:


  • Shape Strategic Partnerships : Build and deepen relationships with high-value clients and collaborate across a dynamic network to create impactful solutions.
  • Drive Innovation : Lead the development of cutting-edge behavioural science products and services tailored to evolving client needs.
  • Lead & Inspire : Manage and mentor high-performing teams, aligning resources to deliver operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For:


You’re an experienced management consultant (probably Manager level) with a background in delivering impactful projects for major accounts. Whether you’re currently at a large management consultancy or a boutique, you're looking for a role where you can apply your behavioural science expertise to make a real difference.
