Account Manager – Digital Agency
(Remote first role with some office and client visits. Must be UK based)

The Role:
As an Account Manager, you will be at the heart of a dynamic team, immersed in a variety of innovative projects, including enterprise web and app development, AI, and 3D modelling. From the discovery and research phases to design, build, and ongoing support, you'll play a key role in creating and delivering intelligent solutions that exceed client expectations.
In this role, you will:
- Take ownership of end-to-end client relationships, acting as the key contact for projects
- Manage and lead exciting digital projects, ensuring successful outcomes from conception to delivery
- Collaborate closely with creative, technical, and client service teams to provide innovative, client-first solutions
- Gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies such as AI and 3D modelling in a supportive, forward-thinking environment
What You Bring:
- Experience as an Account Manager or client-facing Project Manager in a digital agency environment
- Strong client service and project management skills
- Familiarity with site maps, wireframes, UX/UI, and an interest in emerging technologies such as AI
- Experience managing mobile site and app design & build projects
- Knowledge of Sitecore projects, especially XM Cloud, would be a significant advantage
- A proactive, organised approach with a genuine passion for leading projects and exceeding client expectations
Location: Our client has two hubs in Edinburgh and London, but they fully support remote working, with regular opportunities to meet up with the team or clients.
