About the job

Leading Energy Markets and Trading firm are looking to hire an experienced SAP S4/HANA Functional Consultant on a day rate basis, to support the migration to a new group wide SAP ERP solution. The programme is due to last through to 2026 offering long term contract opportunities for experienced SAP professionals.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop a detailed understanding of the business requirements and enhance this to be S4/Finance specific. This included then defining detailed S4/Finance requirements to feed into the detailed solution design.
  • Support detailed solution design, working closely with the Global Process Owner and SME's and be responsible for all business-owned deliverables related to the process
  • Actively support and execute business owned activities related to Data Migration and preparation
  • Actively support and execute business owned activities related to end-user training, including preparation of training material and delivery of training to end-users
  • Execute and support business owned deployment and cut-over activities.


Experience

  • Experienced SAP Functional consultant/professional with strong knowledge of S4/HANA (FICO & Group reporting)
  • S4 Standard process knowledge
  • Experience in SAP Transformation programmes/projects
  • Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
  • Open to European travel maximum once a month
  • German business knowledge helpful but not essential
