Real Estate | Investor Relations Manager


Our client, a rapidly scaling PropTech platform transforming institutional real estate investment, is seeking an Investor Relations Manager to drive their capital raising initiatives. Following significant recent funding from top-tier VCs, they're entering an exciting growth phase.


The Role: You'll work directly with Real Estate GP clients to support their fundraising efforts, manage relationships with institutional investors (LPs) and help shape investment strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive capital-raising initiatives with institutional investors for real estate strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with global LPs (pension funds, SWFs, insurance firms)
  • Partner with GPs to develop compelling fundraising strategies
  • Represent the firm at industry events and conferences
  • Provide market intelligence and strategic insights


The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 5-7 years experience in IR/capital raising within real estate, private equity, or placement agents
  • Strong network of institutional LP relationships
  • Track record of successful fundraising
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Real Estate, or related field
  • Exceptional relationship management and communication skills
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously
