In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance market presence and drive growth.
  • Generate leads and onboard new clients while nurturing relationships with existing ones.
  • Optimise sales processes and utilise CRM tools to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Identify new market opportunities and create initiatives to increase revenue.


What you need:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales/business development role
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality sector and health club purchasing processes.
  • A track record of exceeding sales targets with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
