Key Responsibilities

As a Recoveries Assistant, you'll handle critical tasks, including:

- Redemptions Management: Track and manage borrower redemptions, liaise with brokers and legal teams, produce letters, and track statements.

- Serviced Interest Monitoring: Ensure bi-monthly interest payments are up to date on serviced loans.

- Defaults Oversight: Draft and track Default Letters, while ensuring borrowers are notified of first charge arrears.

- Admin Support: Send redemption reminders, monitor response timelines, and escalate issues as necessary.

- Investor Platform Updates: Regularly update investors with recovery insights.


Ideal Candidate Profile

- Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented

- Confident on the phone with strong communication skills

- Having some experience in the Bridging industry will be beneficial
