Position Overview:

As an Electro Mechanical Assembler, you will be a key player in building complex sub-assemblies, power amplifiers, and full systems that meet the highest industry standards. Reporting to the Quality Control Manager and Factory Manager, your attention to detail and commitment to precision will ensure every product leaving our facility is flawless.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build power amplifiers and systems following detailed technical documentation and drawings.
  • Work closely with your team to meet and exceed daily/weekly production goals.
  • Ensure all products meet our ‘Zero Defects, Remember Why’ ethos by adhering to strict quality standards.
  • Accurately maintain records of completed work, both electronically and in hard copy.


What We're Looking For:

  • Electro-Mechanical Assembly Experience : Prior experience in electro-mechanical manufacturing.
  • Soldering Expertise : Proven ability to solder to IPC 610 standards (current IPC 610 certification is a plus but not required).
  • PCB Knowledge : Familiarity with PCB manufacturing and rework is highly valued.
  • Additional Skills : Knowledge of IPC 620 is advantageous. You should also be comfortable using a computer.
  • Eligibility : Applicants must hold a British passport.
