Your Key Responsibilities : Conduct Specialist Assessments : Carry out psychological and neuropsychological assessments of adults, utilizing various methods, including tests, self-report scales, and structured interviews.
Coordinate Care : Act as a keyworker or clinical lead to ensure comprehensive support for service users in collaboration with supervisors.
Implement Intervention Plans : Formulate and execute plans for psychological and neuropsychological interventions that aid neurorehabilitation, based on evidence-based best practices.
Set and Achieve Goals : Work with the multi-disciplinary team to set personal goals for service users, translating these into specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and timed (SMART) objectives.
