As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll work closely with our dedicated Infrastructure team, known for their expertise and friendly, collaborative culture. Your day to day -
- Cost Management: Lead cost planning and budgeting, keeping projects financially on track and aligned with client goals.
- Procurement & Tendering: Oversee tender processes, ensuring competitive, high-quality results that stand out in the industry.
- Contract Administration: Manage contract details, variations, and terms with a keen eye for detail, ensuring smooth project flow.
- Risk Management: Identify and navigate project risks, offering practical solutions to keep everything running smoothly.
- Client Collaboration: Build strong relationships with our energy sector clients, offering insights and advice that keep projects moving.
About you -
- Experience: Solid background in quantity surveying, ideally within infrastructure or energy projects, and comfortable with NEC3 and NEC4 contracts.
- Analytical Approach: Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for financial planning and strategic cost management.
- Team Player: A natural communicator with a positive approach, ready to contribute to a people-first team culture.
- Qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, ideally chartered (MRICS) or on the pathway to becoming so.
