We are seeking a reliable, proactive individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. This is an entry-level admin role reporting to the Senior Account Manager. Comprehensive training will be provided, making it an excellent opportunity for someone organised and eager to develop their skills in an office environment.
About the role:
- 12 month contract, starting early/mid December
- Part-time, 20–25 hours per week over 3-4 days (flexible)
- Pro-rata, £22k- £25k based on experience
- Office based
Main Responsibilities:
- General Office Management: Manage day-to-day office needs, including ordering supplies, overseeing recycling, and ensuring a clean, organised workspace.
- Customer Support: Support both website users and clients, manage incoming phone calls, and monitor email inboxes.
- Finance Assistance: Support Senior Account Manager with credit control and invoicing as needed.
- Data Management: Input data accurately and support the data team with tasks such as managing client websites.
- Team Support: Assist other team members with various administrative tasks as required to support the smooth running of the customer facing side of the company.
Personal Skills:
- Able to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Good computer skills.
- Confident written and verbal communication.
- Great attention to detail.
- Willing to learn and take on new tasks.
Experience:
No prior experience in office administration is required, we will provide training on all our systems. However a strong willingness to learn is essential and knowledge of any of the below systems would be advantageous:
