Account Manager

This is a HYBRID role, with 2 days working (Wednesday and Friday) from home and 3 days in the office (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday).
Our client is a dynamic PR, communications, and marketing agency known for its clear and effective approach. They help businesses get their key messages across to the right audiences using a mix of traditional PR methods and the latest digital marketing tools. Over the years, they’ve built a strong reputation for excellence by working with a wide variety of clients, from small businesses to large national companies. They always pay close attention to detail and prioritize customer care. Under the leadership of their founder, the agency has grown from a small start up to a well-respected name in the industry.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage multiple client accounts.
- Develop positive working relationships with all client contacts.
- Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with clients to develop strategies across digital and communications.
- Update internal project management software.
- Utilize technical tools and data to manage campaigns and exceed expectations.
- Provide clear and detailed briefings to deliver tactical activities.
- Understand client needs, anticipate them, and identify new business opportunities within your portfolio.
- Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare campaign insights reports, including analysis and research.
- Demonstrate experience in running communications and marketing campaigns across multiple client accounts.
- Exhibit excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all services delivered by Strand PR.
- Participate in pitching for new business and developing proposals.

Requirements:
- Experience working in a marketing agency is essential
- Ability to manage multiple clients across multiple sectors (proven track record)
- Organisational skills
- Proven experience as a Senior Account Executive, Account Manager, Marketing Manager, or a similar role.
- Ideally, experience in an agency setting or managing multiple brands in-house.
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships with our clients.
- Excellent listening and presentation skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
