Job Description

Executive Search Senior Recruitment Consultant


We are delighted to be partnering with a prestigious Executive Search Recruitment Business in the search for an experienced recruiter to join their growing team. A hybrid opportunity between London, home and client meetings. A great opportunity whether you already work in retained search or would like to upskill in this area from contingency/360 within senior level appointments.


Operating in one of the following markets:

Banking & Financial Services

Professional Services

Real Estate & The Built Environment

Technology, Media & Telecommunications

Retail, Leisure & Hospitality


Or you could bring a new market to the business, providing it lends itself to a retained search model (business plan required).


Required:

360 Recruitment Experience

Experience hiring senior level positions

Experience hiring in one of the above markets, or one that lends itself to retained search

PTR of billings in excess of £250k per annum

Eligible to work in the UK, or Dubai if your experience is in the Banking/Finance space


Desirable:

Retained search experience

Experience working the Middle-Eastern Market
