Working in a variety of commercial projects and high end residential including modern contemporary new builds and exciting bespoke houses.This would suit an Architectural Technologist with either a couple of years’ experience all the way through to a Senior Technologist, working on mainly stages 4 to completion. You will need to have access to a car due to the location being inaccessible via public transport.The practice offers a clear progression path supporting you through your career goals.The Role: Produce detailed drawingsAttend regular meetings with clients and regular liaising with different consultants on projectsPrepare and develop planning & construction drawings.Prepare and develop surveys, plans, specifications, drawings, imagesStrong written communication skillsMotivated, proactive, organised, questioning and able to take initiativeStrong UK Building Regulations knowledgePrevious of working on a variety of projects would be desirable.The Candidate: Good working knowledge of UK building regulationsClient focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skillsStrong technical abilitiesAn up-to-date knowledge of planning stage processes and methodsQualified BA / HNC in Architectural Technology or another relevant course would be desirableDriving licence and access to a car
