Senior Electronics Design Engineer - Edinburgh

Role Responsibilities:
As a Senior Electronics Design Engineer, you will be integral to designing, building, and testing complex electronics modules. Your role will involve:
  • Schematic capture, PCB design, and simulation
  • Digital and analogue system design
  • Microcontroller system design
  • Creating customer-ready documentation and reports

Essential Skills and Experience:
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in electronic design
  • Proficiency in schematic capture, PCB design, and simulation
  • Strong background in digital and analogue system design
  • Experience with Microcontroller system design
  • Ability to produce high-quality documentation and reports

Desirable Skills:
  • Power supply design
  • Experience with FPGAs, CPLDs, and DSPs
  • EMC testing and failure analysis
  • Experience in regulated or safety critical environments
