We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Systems and Data Manager to support the
understanding of Recruitment and HRIS including, CRM, Applicant Tracking
Systems, and talent sourcing tools. maintaining data integrity and providing informative reporting for our team
You will be part of the Talent Acquisition Engagement and
performance across the Talent Acquisition landscape at Arm.
**Serve as the SME for all TA systems including CRM, ATS, and various talent
Support the People Systems integration and optimisation of all Recruitment
Ensure the integrity of data within our recruitment systems and databases.
• Develop and maintain Talent Acquisition Insights reporting that provides
transparency to partners in the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with IT and HR teams to optimize the use of TA technologies.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in TA technologies.
• Lead system updates and integrations to improve recruitment efficiency.
• Demonstrable experience as a Talent Acquisition Systems Specialist
• Solid understanding of CRM, ATS, and talent sourcing tools
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
• Expertise in MS Excel reporting
