JOB DESCRIPTION: I am currently working with an exciting Facilities Management company that are looking for a mobile Maintenance Handyman to cover planned and preventative maintenance on 16 buildings in Greater Manchester. Our client is looking for an experienced handyman with maintenance experience to join the team.The Maintenance Handyman role will be 40 hours a week 8am - 5pm, Monday-Friday. Overtime and On call available.Please note, a high vetting check will be required for this role.Daily responsibilities will include: Planned and preventative maintenanceFabric dutiesDiagnosing and rectifying fabric faultsCarrying out work safely and efficientlyBuilding relationships with clients on siteRequirements for the roleExperienced Maintenance HandymanPPM experienceDriving LicenseGood customer care skillsOn offer is a competitive salary of £26,520 depending on experience.
