Role Overview:

As a Project Manager at Next Geosolutions, you’ll play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing high-impact projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.


Junior Project Manager :

  • Support the senior project team with planning and coordination of projects
  • Assist in tracking project performance and reporting progress to stakeholders
  • Manage smaller project components independently and handle day-to-day operations


Experienced Project Manager :

  • Lead end-to-end project management efforts for large-scale initiatives
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while managing risks and change requests
  • Oversee and mentor junior team members, ensuring alignment and successful project execution


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project requirements
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Ensure project tasks are completed efficiently, addressing challenges proactively
  • Monitor project performance, prepare progress reports, and escalate issues when needed
  • Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining high standards of communication and service delivery


You Should Apply If:

  • For Junior PM : You have experience supporting projects or are eager to take on more responsibilities in a project management capacity
  • For Experienced PM : You have a proven track record of managing large, complex projects and leading teams
  • You possess strong problem-solving skills and can think critically to address challenges
  • You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and working with stakeholders at all levels
  • You’re passionate about delivering high-quality results, with an eye for detail


You Should Not Apply If:

  • You prefer rigid, predefined processes and find flexibility challenging in project management
  • You prefer to work in a role that doesn’t involve directly interfacing with clients or external stakeholders
  • You’re not ready to lead (for the senior role) or take on significant project ownership (for the junior role)
  • You are not prepared to take full accountability for the role
