Lead the change management across key stakeholders
Identification improvements across all services
Identification of risks across the programme.
Transformation Manager must have experience of managing digital transformation within a local authority.
In addition this the Transformation Manager will have experience of the below.
Leading large scale digital transformations.
Excellent stakeholder engagement/management.
Creation of a transformation roadmap.
Delivery of large scale digital transformations.
