Job Summary:

 

The Regional Manager will oversee the operations, sales performance, and customer service standards of Embassy London Footwear stores across the assigned region. This role requires an experienced retail professional with a proven ability to manage teams, drive sales, and uphold brand standards. The Regional Manager will be responsible for implementing strategies that align with Embassy London's goals, maximizing store profitability, and enhancing the overall customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

 

Leadership and Team Development

 

·        Lead, motivate, and develop a team of store managers to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

·        Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand values.

·        Foster a positive work environment, encouraging collaboration, professional growth, and high morale among team members.

·        Assess the existing retail team structure and collaborate with the owners to implement enhancements.

·        Oversee the implementation and effective use of the Learning Management System (LMS) to support ongoing employee training, ensuring that all team members have access to the necessary resources and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.


Sales and Financial Management

 

·        Analyse regional sales trends and develop action plans to maximize sales and profitability.

·        Oversee budget management, ensuring cost-effective operations and adherence to financial targets.

·        Identify new business opportunities within the region and work closely with the corporate team on expansion strategies.

·        Design and implement retail bonus program.


Operational Excellence

 

·        Ensure that all stores maintain Embassy London's visual merchandising standards and operational guidelines.

·        Regularly assess store performance, conducting audits to ensure compliance with company policies.

·        Optimise inventory levels across the region, collaborating with the supply chain team to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts.

·        Ensure all stores consistently meet brand standards in presentation, customer service, and operations, serving as a brand ambassador to uphold the company's values and reputation across the region.


Customer Experience and Brand Representation

 

·        Uphold Embassy London’s commitment to exceptional customer service across all regional locations.

·        Address escalated customer inquiries and complaints, working to ensure positive outcomes and brand loyalty.

·        Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s values and vision within the region.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

 

·        Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).

·        UK driving licence is required.


Experience:

 

·        Minimum of 3 years in retail management, preferably within the footwear or fashion industry.

·        Proven experience managing multiple store locations or regions.


Skills:



·        Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

·        Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

·        Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.

·        Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.

·        Ability to analyse data, generate insights, and make strategic recommendations.
