Job Description

Telehandler Operator/Labourer


We are currently seeking a skilled Telehandler/Site Labourer to operate a forklift on our developments sites whilst maintaining a safe and organised environment. You will also provide additional labouring assistance to the site team as required to assist in the proper performance of their duties.


The ideal candidate will have previous experience of operating plant with loading and unloading of deliveries on site, highlighting any discrepancies or defects to the site management team, with safe storage of same. Joint responsibiity with the site team for non-wastage of materials and plant.


In addition to our Core Values of Teamwork, Integrity and Communication, you will need to demonstrate:


  • plant operator CPCS card (or inhouse qualification) – telescopic handler – all sizes exec 360 Slew – Category A17 Endorsement C
  • knowledge, understanding and implementation of health & safety requirements for all on-site activities including the condition and operation of plant in line with HSE and company policy
  • experience of working with a diverse workforce which includes subcontractors and suppliers
  • due to live sites and residential customers, ability to deliver services of a high standard with a commitment to customer care
