Join Teaching Personnel today to become part of the East Lancashire communities and have the opportunity to work in a range of fantastic Primary Schools in the area.Teaching Personnel offer all of their candidates a specialist consultant who supports you through the registration process as well as to find a role, a flexible working schedule, school based working hours from 8:30am until 3:30pm and also the opportunity to commit to a permanent position at a school if one is made available.As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:Supporting the classroom teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessonsAssisting with small group and one-on-one sessions to reinforce learning and address individual student needsSome roles may include supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) and changing activities to meet their unique requirementsHelping to manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environmentAssisting with the preparation of resources and classroom organizationMonitoring and assessing student progress and providing feedback to the class teacherWhat we look for: Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification e.g. CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3 or equivalentExperience working with children in an educational settingExperience working with children with SENKnowledge and understanding of different SEN needsStrong communication skillsPatience and passion for supporting children’s learning and developmentHow to join Teaching Personnel: If you would like to register with us, please apply via the link, attach a copy of your CV and a specialist consultant will be in contact with you.All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
