We are seeking a Solution Architect to support our next phase of growth. This role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between customer requirements and our technical capabilities, working closely with both our development team and clients to ensure smooth implementation and satisfaction. While this is not a developer role, a background in programming or scripting will be advantageous, as technical acumen is essential for guiding our clients through the adoption of our solutions.


The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment, showing enthusiasm for problem-solving and learning. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to shifting responsibilities are key to success. You’ll be a vital part of delivering technical solutions and fostering long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities


  • Guide both prospective and existing customers through the transformation of their bid response process using Answertree’s platform.
  • Manage customer projects, ensuring smooth delivery and communication between internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborate with the development team to support the implementation of technical solutions that meet customer expectations.
  • Provide post-implementation support to ensure ongoing customer success and satisfaction.
  • Assist with software testing and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Support technical conversations during customer engagements, with potential tasks that assess customer skills during the interview process.
