What you will be doing... 

 

As our new Leisure Luminary, you will provide a seamless and memorable experience for our guests and owners. This means:

  • Making sure the Leisure and Activities programme is delivered to the highest standards, delivering excellent customer service. 
  • Recruiting, training, and developing your direct reports. 
  • Taking full responsibility of all revenue streams. 
  • Planning strategies with the management team to meet seasonal demands of the business.
  • Ensuring the safety of customers and team members and the security of all activities and leisure equipment, chemicals, the plant room and pools.
