Join a leading consumer tech brand as a Social Community Manager, where you will be responsible for managing and nurturing their online community across key social media platforms. You'll engage in brand conversations and identify opportunities to connect with trending topics, ensuring that they stay ahead of the curve. You will also serve as the key insights lead for their social campaigns, helping them deliver exceptional content and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with our followers and content audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions related to campaign content in a timely and authentic manner, while maintaining brand reputation.
- Foster and grow a positive community by initiating conversations, moderating discussions, and resolving questions around campaign content.
- Support the Social Media Manager in executing the native campaign content plan.
- Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies, driving these insights throughout the business.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Social Community Manager or in a similar role, with a focus on community management.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to improve performance.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to convey brand tone of voice.
- Passion for social media trends and a keen eye for content that resonates with target audiences.
