E-commerce Manager - Luxury Brand

London - Office Based

Up to £60k depending on experience.


Fella & Jones are thrilled to be partnered with a prestigious luxury brand, celebrated for its iconic red carpet moments and exquisite design, in their exciting search for an E-commerce Manager . expand our global reach, and enhance the customer journey across multiple platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth and expand their online presence within a fast-paced, creative environment, reporting directly to the CEO.


As the E-Commerce Manager you will:


Website Management: Oversee the management and optimisation of the e-commerce website, Use data to identify areas for improvement and ensure smooth customer journeys from landing page to checkout.

Digital Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels paid channels like Meta, Google Ads, and email. Track key metrics such as ROAS


SEO & Website Optimization: Implement an SEO strategy to drive both paid and organic traffic, ensuring seamless website performance across international markets.


CRM & Email Automation: Lead CRM efforts, managing automated email flows and touchpoints such as abandoned cart, back-in-stock notifications, and pre-order campaigns.


Content Management: Set up guidelines and oversee the production of visual assets, ensuring consistency in all e-commerce content, including photoshoots.


International Expansion: Develop a global sales strategy that includes pricing, checkout optimisation, and targeted marketing for key regions like the USA, Australia, and APAC.


Logistics & 3PL: Work closely with logistics teams and 3PL partners to enhance order fulfilment and delivery for both domestic and international customers.


User Experience (UX) & Customer Journey:

Continuously improve the customer journey through UX design enhancements, A/B testing, and personalisation to boost engagement, loyalty, and repeat purchases.




Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, ideally within luxury or fashion.
  • Expertise in Shopify, Klayvio, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong track record in driving digital revenue and online growth.
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices and website optimisation.
  • Experience with CRM systems and email marketing automation.
