Job Overview

As a PPC Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimising PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, and other paid media channels. You will be working closely with clients to understand their business goals and craft PPC strategies that deliver measurable results. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across other digital channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Management : Develop, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns to meet clients’ business goals (e.g., lead generation, e-commerce sales, etc.).
  • Client Management : Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on performance, strategy, and recommendations.
  • Keyword Research & Analysis : Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to inform PPC strategy.
  • Ad Creation : Work with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets.
  • Budget Management : Monitor and optimize campaign budgets to maximize ROI, ensuring spend is on track and effective.
  • Performance Reporting : Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytics platforms. Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • A/B Testing : Implement and analyze A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and other campaign elements to improve performance.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with SEO, social media, and content teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive digital marketing approach.
  • Platform Expertise : Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and new tools to continuously enhance campaign performance.


Requirements:

  • Experience : 2-3+ years of experience in PPC campaign management, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Tools : Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics. Experience with PPC management tools (e.g., Google Ads Editor, SEMrush, or similar platforms).
  • Certifications : Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications preferred.
  • Analytical Skills : Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
  • Client-Facing Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Creativity : Ability to think creatively and develop compelling ad copy and strategies.
  • Attention to Detail : High attention to detail, especially in reporting, budgeting, and optimizing campaigns.
  • Adaptability : Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different clients with flexibility to adapt to new challenges.
