Job Responsibiliti
esEngage with Client teams to define and document the Business Test requirement
s.Working closely with Carrier’s and Broker’s Process owners and their teams to understand the current state across responsibilities, ways of working, systems, and processe
s.Create and maintain Requirement Traceability documen
t.Create test plan and strategy document, test scenarios and test cases/script
s.Execute scenarios and test cases/scripts at various stages of the project to validate the solution desig
n.Facilitate user acceptance testing and support business users in executing the user acceptance testin
g.Responsible for driving the QA delivery from offshor
e.Trace and link business requirements to future state desig
n.Mentoring Team, tracking and status reporting of the progress on the projec
