If so, you can join our award-winning Field Services team as a Field Recovery Engineer.


What does this role involve?


As a Field Recovery Engineer, you will attend both domestic and commercial properties on behalf of the Revenue Protection team to assist with the retrieval of outstanding customer debt.


Day to day you will:

  • discuss resolutions with customers at pre-warrant and warrant sites.
  • provide options and install the appropriate meters where required.


Who are we looking for?


You will hold CCN1, MET1, MOCOPA or equivalent qualifications, along with previous experience as a smart meter engineer.


You will thrive working as part of a team; therefore, a strong level of communication is key. The successful applicant would need to be flexible with the day-to-day requirements and show resilience, as in this role, no two days are the same.
