Head of Telford Property Team
 Location: Telford
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Are you an experienced and inspiring leader in Residential Conveyancing ? Join a growing, employee-focused law firm as the Head of the Telford Property Team and play a key role in shaping and leading their newest office

About the Role


As the Head of Telford Property , you will:

  • Manage and develop a team of Conveyancers, Paralegals, and Assistants , ensuring seamless operations and excellent client service.
  • Oversee a diverse caseload of residential property matters , from instruction to post-completion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers.
  • Be actively involved in training, supervising, and driving the team's growth and performance.
  • Take a lead role in file allocation and day-to-day team management, including timekeeping and holiday scheduling.
What We're Looking For:
  • A minimum of 5 years' post-qualified experience (or equivalent) in Residential Conveyancing.
  • A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer , or experienced Conveyancer with a proven track record.
  • Excellent knowledge of property law and practices , combined with strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A detail-oriented, organised team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
