Retail Account Manager – Luxury Fragrance Brand


We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Account Manager to join a prestigious luxury fragrance brand that has redefined the world of scent. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for high-end fragrances, a strong retail background, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daily operations to maintain a polished and inviting environment for customers.
  • Meet sales targets and collaborate with management to analyse sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies for growth.
  • Develop and execute initiatives to attract customers, increase brand engagement, and raise awareness.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring regular replenishments and maximising sales opportunities.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers through personalised interactions, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth.
  • Maintain financial records and prepare performance reports in close collaboration with your line manager.
  • Uphold the brand's values and standards, ensuring professionalism in every interaction.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe workplace.

  • Proven track record in retail, preferably in luxury or high-end brands.
  • Passion for fragrance, with a keen eye for detail and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities, self-driven, and dedicated to achieving both personal and team success.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
