Associate Civil EngineerOur client is looking for an Associate Civil Engineer to join their team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be welcomed into a supportive environment where they can develop their skills and advance their career.You will lead and mentor a team of skilled civil engineers working on significant design projects. The role involves overseeing the delivery of highways and drainage schemes for infrastructure and building-related projects, along with line management responsibilities for your team members.Requirements of the role:

  • To be an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in the field
  • Be a positive influencer capable of providing comprehensive technical guidance and supporting team development
  • Skilled in managing people and resources with empathy and enthusiasm
  • Proficient in design software, such as PDS, Flow, and Civil 3D
  • At least 8 years experience working on highway and drainage design projects
  • Experience mentoring and training junior members of staff
