Role: Simphony Architect

Duration: Permanent / Full Time

Location: Dunstable, UK (Hybrid)

We are seeking a highly skilled Simphony Architect to lead the design and implementation of Simphony, a comprehensive hospitality management system, across our hotel chain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in solution architecture, deployment strategies, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop the overall architecture for Simphony implementation across our hotel chain
  • Create detailed technical specifications and integration plans for Simphony deployment
  • Collaborate with IT teams, hotel operations, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including architecture diagrams and process flows
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for Simphony configuration and customization
  • Lead the technical aspects of Simphony rollout, including data migration and system testing
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions during implementation
  • Experience in evaluating inventory mgmt. solutions and integrating them with Simphony

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience in solution architecture, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proven experience with Simphony implementation and deployment in multi-property environments
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Certification in Simphony architecture or related technologies (preferred)

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Simphony architecture and related technologies
  • Strong knowledge of database design, API integrations, and network infrastructure
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and scalable system design
  • Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Understanding of hospitality industry standards and compliance requirements
