About the Role

As a Senior Tax Manager in the broking team for Transactional Tax insurance deals, you will manage various workstreams in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. This hands-on role offers extensive exposure to M&A Tax transactions.


Responsibilities

  • Tax Liability Insurance : Advise buyers and sellers on tax liability insurance.
  • Drafting : Prepare insurance quotes and policies.
  • Pipeline Management : Maintain a consistent flow of deals.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background : Preferably in law or finance.
