Job Description

Raven is an innovative HealthTech startup created to connect consumers with expert instructors for various outdoor or health related activities, our platform enables our clients to always have access to top-tier professionals to enjoy unique experiences.


What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate Closely: Work with the Lead Designer to align on design direction and strategy, while also partnering with engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Create Exceptional User Experiences: Translate user needs and business goals into beautiful, functional designs.
  • Prototype and Test: Build interactive prototypes and test designs with users to validate ideas and refine solutions.
  • Own the Design Systems: Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the product.

About You:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product design, preferably in an early stage startup or a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Proficient in Figma, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design and interactive prototyping.
  • Collaborative: Great at communicating and presenting ideas, comfortable incorporating feedback, and excited to work cross-functionally.
  • Bonus Points: Experience contributing to or building complex design systems, utilising the power of Figma’s variables.
