IT Support Engineer Are you an IT Support Engineer looking for your next exciting opportunity?
A brand-new position has arisen for an IT Support Engineer to join a leading manage service provider in Cambridge where you will be providing Microsoft based support across their wide range of clients. As the IT Support Engineer, you will be expected to travel to client sites 4 days a week then be based one day a week on-site in Cambridge so having a driving license is essential. You will be expected to have experience of infrastructure (On-prem / cloud) as well as Office 365, Microsoft Azure and Hyper-V. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious IT Support Engineer to further develop their career.

The IT Support Engineer will provide direct support to customers and colleagues whilst also having the opportunity to showcase their technical and stakeholder management skills. You will be supporting the business growth, working closely alongside the client teams in order to action and fix any tickets proving 2nd / 3rd line support, putting your Windows and Microsoft Azure knowledge into action. Skills required for the IT Support Engineer are:
• Experience of 2nd / 3rd Line Support
• Microsoft Azure experience
• Experience of working with, Office 365 and Hyper-V
• IT Support Engineer / Windows / Office 365 / 2nd Line Support / 3rd Line Support
