Transformation Change Consultant - Perm


5 days a week in the clients office.


Full time paying c£60-70k Perm + Healthy Benefits package London, City location


Successful candidate will have a recent consultancy & or Financial services background or have worked within the private equity arena to apply for this role.


The primary responsibility of the role is to support the coordination, execution, and success of transformation initiatives across the clients business arena. The role involves working directly with the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) to drive impactful change that supports the company’s ambitious growth agenda.


Essential knowledge required:


  • Proven experience of leading transformation projects or programmes in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
  • Strong project management skills, including ability to oversee multiple initiatives, manage resources, work to timelines, and deliver outcomes effectively.
  • Ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across an organisation, to influence behaviours and drive alignment.
  • Capability to analyse data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Professional qualifications in a relevant field (e.g. finance, business management, project or change management, etc.) are preferred although not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with a corporate, consulting, and / or Private Equity backed environment is preferred although not mandatory.


Embedding Change

  • Act as a catalyst for change across the organisation, promoting the adoption of new practices and behaviors required for successful transformation.
  • Solicit feedback from stakeholders at various levels to gauge the effectiveness of implemented changes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyse relevant data to measure the success and impact of implemented changes, using findings to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to ensure their buy-in and support for transformational initiatives, addressing concerns and fostering a culture of change.
