Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant

Your Role as a Senior/Principal Consultant:

As a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant, you’ll bring expertise in the following areas:


On the Client Side:

  • Develop new client relationships and nurture existing ones through business development and sales activities
  • Strengthen current partnerships and build long-term client loyalty
  • Identify new opportunities to expand existing client accounts
  • Collaborate with clients to support their recruitment needs

On the Candidate Side:

  • Source candidates aligned with client specifications and needs
  • Utilise the internal database to find suitable candidates (active and passive candidates)
  • Build a network of exceptional candidates to match with exciting opportunities
