Amazon Freight - Amazon's external facing Freight service is hiring a Senior Product Manager to manage our Full truckload expansion. You will be responsible for gathering and comparing different customer needs and propose a prioritization for the business to drive profitable growth. You will take a pivotal role in defining how our business in EU will continue scaling throughout the years.

Key job responsibilities
- Define prioritization framework and drive consensus across business
- Own E2E product cycle development, from idea, to pilot, to scale, working out risks and dependencies.
- Enable new product capabilities to enhance customer experience and drive profitable growth.
- Lead workstream to expand FTL services across EU

Amazon Freight allows both small and large businesses to use Amazon to transport palletized goods across Europe. This is an innovative technology-driven service currently growing rapidly in Europe. Amazon Freight is part of the Amazon Transportation Services organization responsible for many of Amazon’s best-in-class logistics and transportation operations.

Within Amazon Freight, we are a team of product and program managers that develop solutions to enhance shipper experience and drive profitable growth across various ship modes.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- SQL
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - MBA
- Experience in delivering end-to-end customer research studies, including study design, fieldwork (qualitative research moderation and survey execution), analysis, recommendations, reporting and presentation of results to senior leadership
- Experience in areas such as market research, statistics, finance or qualitative/quantitative research
- Experience as a product manager or owner
