What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to identify automation needs, analyze current processes, and evaluate their potential for automation.
  • Develop detailed and actionable project requirements, mapping out clear steps to achieve impactful automation outcomes.
  • Partner with automation developers, QA, and project teams to design, test, and implement solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops and feedback sessions to validate requirements and continually enhance process improvements.
  • Track and evaluate automation metrics post-implementation, making data-driven recommendations for further optimization.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, from process maps to project reports, to communicate insights and project status clearly to stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong background as a Business Analyst with proven experience in automation-focused roles.
  • Knowledge of process automation tools and methodologies (e.g., RPA, BPM, AI-driven solutions).
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to convert complex business needs into specific automation requirements.
  • Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and business case development.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with diverse teams and support project goals.
  • Familiarity with Agile project environments and tools like Jira or Trello is beneficial.
