Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Project Managers across multiple projects from initiation through to completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager/Head of Projects from within an automation solutions business / integrator - this is essential to be considered
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
