Job Description


We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Geopolitical Analyst intern to join Geopol Report. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in geopolitical analysis, working closely with other aspiring and seasoned analysts to produce in-depth reports on political, economic, and security issues.


Candidate Attributes and Qualifications:


  • Have a strong command of written English.
  • An understanding of global politics, trade, and security.
  • Ability to synthesise complex information and present it clearly and concisely.
  • A bachelor's degree in areas relevant to the study of geopolitics (these include international studies, history, economics, etc).
  • If no qualifications have yet to be attained, prior experience or coursework in geopolitical analysis or related areas is suitable.


Key responsibilities:


  • Monitor news sources, government publications, data centres, and academic papers for relevant updates.
  • Research global political, economic, and security issues.
  • Spot areas that need more analysis and research these subject areas.
  • Analyse and interpret international relations, military strategy, and diplomacy data.
  • Write reports on research findings clearly and concisely.
