Your primary duties will include:Job Duties: Operating and driving a street sweeper vehicle to clean designated areasFollowing scheduled routes to ensure thorough cleaning of roads and pavementsPerforming routine maintenance checks on the sweeper vehicleReporting any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the supervisorAdhering to safety regulations and traffic laws while operating the sweeper vehicleAssisting with other duties as assigned by the supervisorRequired Qualifications: A valid UK driving licence - CLASS 2DRIVERS QUALIFICATION CARD - DQC Proven experience in operating large sweepersAbility to work independently and follow instructionsGood physical condition to perform manual tasksEducation: No specific educational requirementsExperience: Previous experience in operating sweepers is a requirement - The ideal canidate will be able to operate, drive and maintain the vehicle from the outset.Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic lawsBasic vehicle maintenance skillsStrong attention to detailPreferred Qualifications: CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) qualificationExperience in STREET SWEEPER DRIVINGWorking Conditions: As a Sweeper Driver, you will work outdoors in various weather conditions.
