Join us a Repair Technician at our Customer Repair Centre in Newark and you'll be responsible for repairing laptops, notebooks and televisions across a range of manufacturers and faults. 

 

You'll get a buzz out of providing a high-quality service to all our customers through a strong standard of repair at one of the leading repair centres In Europe

Role overview:

 

As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for: 
 

  • Repairing customer laptops/notebooks/televisions to manufacturers guidelines
  • Adhering to targets set by the department
  • Working together with the wider team to exceed customer expectations

 
You will need:
 

  • Basic knowledge of common software and hardware
  • Previous electronic experience or understanding
  • Experience in a customer focussed environment
  • Ability to speak to customers by phone
